Hi Ryanpest,

Please upload a screenshot of your Task Manager with the processes taking up the most usage. This is done by clicking CPU or Memory which are located at the top.

This is so I can see what is taking up the CPU and recommend steps from there.

Awaiting your response,

It took almost 5 mins to complete that task. With the screenshots loading to actually posting. Im unsure what i can do to speed this up. Or if i should contact customer support to return. Surely they wont make a laptop that cant at least handle excell and windows 10.

Thoughts.

Hi Ryanpest,

Unfortunately, it looks like your new computer is suffering from Windows Module Installer Worker which is basically a background process handling Windows updates. It also seems that your PC doesn't have enough space for the update.

There are several steps you could take but I would kindly like to direct you to 2 other posts regarding this:

If you would like clarification or additional methods, just post back.
