I have already contacted support and they can't help me. The updates constantly appear over and over. I posted here because I had already contacted them and they weren't able to stop the updates.

Would be appreciative to know if you have solved this ridiculous time wasting issue.

Yours sincerely

They don't really fix the issue. You can raise a ticket in the support assistant and they will take control of your PC, reset the update took and redownload the updates.

If that doesn't help they just disable them from appearing at their end and they don't appear until a while later when they come back again.

The software has an issue where it doesn't detect correctly which updates are already installed and keeps offering them.

My best solution was to simply use the garbage can icon to the right of the update if it's already been installed. Then rerun the updater, and voila. Update disappeared.
