I update windows 11 home to version 22H2 on an HP ENVY x360 PC 15-ee1000. When I accessed the camera for a video meeting, the error message 0xA00F4244 (No Cameras are attached) appeared. I Check the device manager and can't find the camera icon. The next day, after the laptop abruptly restart while I work, the laptop's built-in Bluetooth device also disappear from the device manager. fortunately, I could fix the Bluetooth by reinstalling the driver, but I could not find the driver for the HP True Vision 5MP IR camera. I tried the HP Support website, but it doesn't provide the driver. I also tried some solutions from the forum for troubleshooting the camera problem, but they didn't work.
Could anyone give me information on where I can get the driver?
Thanks in advance.

Hello @JunaidiBP
Please go back to Windows 11 21H2 |
(1) In most cases, the simplest solution:
=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point (date) >>> before <<< Windows was updated to Windows 11 22H2
