Yes, very frustrating. In fact i will go as far as to say it a piece of ***bleep*** !! HP want to charge £200.00 to repair my camera. Poxy thing has never worked properly. Sadly i am just a couple of months out of warranty. The laptop only cost £500.00 now they want £200 to repair it. HP simply taking advantage. Disgusted with HP. Should all be working for Chipperfields.

My CAMERA has never worked. Poor quality product. HP then rip you off with the repair price. Would not use HP again even if it was given to me! I would be happier putting a hammer through it than pay HP another £200 to repair the camera. The machine is only just out of warranty. Clowns.

It is truly unfortunate that you did not exercise the HP Warranty before it expired.
