My friend just purchased a HP Victus 15-fa0031dx Notebook. It was new and still in the box. When the notebook was first plugged in to charge the battery a little we noticed the power brick got very, very hot quickly and stayed that way while plugged in. Since I knew that on a new notebooks, you will have to update all the drivers and Window 11 updates. So we updated everything and the issue still continues. It gets so hot that it is almost too hot to touch. Need help.
