Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599J8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Could anyone tell me the max RAM (Memory) my motherboard/model can support? So far I got 1 out of 2 sticks with a 16 GB DDR4 filled, but can the laptop handle a dual-channel RAM with the same type up to 32 GB or more?

HP Recommended

The Crucial memory report for the model indicates that 2 x 32 GB of memory is supported.

 

HP - Compaq HP Victus 15-fa0000 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

 

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that only 2 x 8 GB of memory is supported so you already know that isn't right.
