Hello,

 

My laptop model (HP Victus 16-D1041nt) has 8gb DDR5 Ram and I wanted to upgrade it to 16gb DDR5 with additional 8gb DDR5. Unfortunately the 8gb DDR5 ram that I bought was not compatible : Crucial 8 GB (1x8GB) DDR5 4800Mhz CL40 1.1V Notebook Ram. 

 

The 8GB DDR5 Ram model inside is : 8GB 1Rx16 PC5 - 4800B - SC0 - 1010 - XT from an unknown manufacturer.

PN : HMCG66MEBSA095N SN : 80AD01220595DCD4B8.

 

Do you know how can I find the same model ram and upgrade it finally to at least 16 GB DDR5 ?
