I have 2 questions 

1.What is the power output of the type c port when using HP sleep and charge

2.Can i charge my laptop through the type c port

It could be one of the following machines

A1. You can use it to charge your mobile devices such as phones, tablets ... the specs says

Connects a USB device, provides high-speed data transfer, and charges small devices (such as a smartphone), even when the computer is off.

NOTE:Use a standard USB Type-C charging cable or cable adapter (purchased separately) when charging a small external device.
– and –
Connects a display device that has a USB Type-C connector, providing DisplayPort output.

 

A2.  No, its USB-C port does not support Power Delivery (PD), only

        SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)
