Is there anyway to submit a warranty request directly with HP?  The product is a HP SSD EX900 Plus M.2, and the serial number printed on the label on the unit starts with "HBSE" with 11 numbers following this.  When trying to register a HP product to get support, the Serial Number is not recognized, and I cannot continue.  I seem to be stuck in a loop.  

 

Why have a warranty sticker if there is no way to support it?  Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

 Biwin Storage Technology sells their products under HP's name and provides warranty services.
