I have the exact same issue described in How to do a warranty claim on an HP SSD S750 2.5" 512GB drive. I have tried standard troubleshooting steps including using another computer to check the SSD, bios, Disk manager. None of them recognize the hard drive. This product is under a 3yr warranty and I bought it through Amazon with proof. I am not able to use HP's the warranty tool, because it does not recognize the serial number on the SSD and I can't contact support direct without a valid SN/product. That is incredibly frustrating, there isn't even a phone number I can call. I had to create an HP account and make a public post with the hope that someone from support will provide me with details on how to get a warranty claim.

This was incredibly frustrating to see another user with the exact dilemma post here on HP's board link. Their drive died and then couldn't find the manufacture to get a warranty claim. But thanks to Tk_srq I was able to look up the company based on the phone number in his message.
Biwin produces the SSD under HP's name: https://hp.biwintech.com/products/hps7502.5%22/
I called the Latin America phone number (based in Miami, FL, USA) because their US/Canada number is disconnected.
Their support told me to submit a claim to: techsupport@biwintech.com If I am successful I will mark this as the correct answer.
