HP Wireless Rechargeable USI Pen stopped working

I purchased this pen from Amazon in June 2023. Sadly, it has stopped working and there is poor support information on your website. I paid £70 for this pen to stop working 3 months later.

This product is not selectable from your support dashboard. I added the compatible Chromebook HP Chromebook x2 11-da0504na which I also purchased from Currys UK in June 2023. Sadly, your dashboard says the support expired in September 2022.
