Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to buy a used laptop type:
HP ZBook 15 G5 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model.

Is it still relevant to use and buy the above type of laptop? How do you check the authenticity of used laptop software and hardware?

 

I need lots of references and user reviews for this laptop?

The issue is where to find them in your region of the world.

 

I have purchased  and recommended HP certified refurbished laptops and desktops for friends and relatives.

 

Each time I used NewEgg.com. I like their reputation and the experience I have had with them and the PC products I purchased. The issue is that NewEgg.com is located in the state of California in the US.

 

The closest I see to Indonesia is in Australia, where the purchase can be made from HP.com Australia.

You can purchase a guaranteed certified laptop from Amazon, eBay or a number of Refurbished laptop resellers.

 

As to whether it is relevant and reviews.. The relevance regarding the generation and capability depends on what you want and need it for.

 

The specifications of the zBook are great.

 

" How do you check the authenticity of used laptop software and hardware?" Only purchase certified refurbished laptops that come with a warranty and guarantee. 

 

As for reviews, use the internet and start reading. We can't do that for you.

Does this HP ZBook 15 G5 Mobile Workstation type laptop have a mechanism where when the battery is 100% charged the electricity will automatically pass through the battery and go straight into the laptop so that the battery remains 100% without overcharging?

Yes. It does. 

 

Check in your BIOS. Most top tier laptops even have the ability to set the point to where they will stop charging. 

 

The consensus opinion is at an 80% charge state. That particular point  is reputed to improve battery longevity.

 

It is not recommended to leave a laptop PC plugged in all the time.

I have bought from eBay and Amazon for years. 

Look at the seller review on eBay. On Amazon look at the reviews as well.

 

On eBay and Amazon, anything you purchase from sellers is guaranteed to be as advertised.

 

If it is not eBay and Amazon will return your money.  It is as simple as that.

 

Buyers now have recourse and that is a vey good thing.

I use the appropriate manufacturers hardware diagnostic utilities for hardware. 

 

You will have to do some reading on your own to find out how to check to check software.
