Product: HP ZBook 17 G5 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model
I have this error when I turn on laptop: Primary (internal) battery error "601" ?
..... but my Zbook G5 has the battery removed. I work stationary.
I tried the following methods and unfortunately they did not help :
"
- Turn off your PC, remove the battery, and press and hold the power button for about 25 seconds before reinserting it.
- Use the PC without a battery. < --------- 🙂
- Download and install the latest BIOS update from the manufacturer’s website "
There is no problem with the battery in the laptop
Any solution ?
