Please check keyboard cable, it most cases it has come loose.

I do not believe that is the problem as I have replaced keyboard and still suffer the same issue but I have checked the cables and both are attached

Hello @Simoninberko 

 

It could be problem ...

- with <keyboard control board/chip>

- with <motherboard>

- with <keyboard socket> (pins defective or dirst/dust)

 

I can't say for sure from a distance...

 

Does an externally connected USB keyboard work 100%?

Ok, but I ran component tests on system board and chip would the tests not have picked faults with them up?

Components tests can not find all errors !
