HP envy dv6 rebooting immediately it goes on.

Hello, HP community. I have been experiencing this problem with HP Envy dv6, where it goes off and on when powered on, restarting automatically. It has reached a time when I cannot access BIOS. However, when I disconnect the CMOS battery and RAM, it powers on. When I install RAM, the problem continues.
