Hello,

 

I had sent my Laptop to HP middle of March-2025 to fix 1 Key (the "F" key) on my Keyboard. It's been 2 months and I have not yet gotten an ETA on when I will get my laptop back. There's no number or contact available to get an update on this.  This so frustrating, non-existent Customer service.

Can someone please let me know  who can assist me with this?

Its been more than 2 months that HP has my laptop and nobody so far has shown the basic courtesy of giving a call to advise what is being done to give my laptop back
