Product: HP 15ac173TU

I have HP laptop HP 15 ac173TU. The lid of the laptop is opening very hard. I doubt it may break something inside. I am facing difficulty while opening as well as closing the lid. Also, left bottom side screen locks are also started opening. How to resolve the issue as I am unable to go out due to COVID-19 lockdown. Please help.
