HI

I purchased a probook laptop a year back, now facing power  problem, handed over to Bangladesh Smartbd Service Center for warranty claim.  Its already been 2 weeks.  and they want 1 month more to import the battery. Is this normal? I thought HP warranty service is way uicker.
