No its soldered onto the motherboard. You could theoretically replace the whole motherboard with one having a higher level processor soldered to it, but the cost is not economical. Your laptop has 4 gigs of RAM and a slow mechanical hard drive. Upgrading to 8 gigs RAM and a solid state drive (which is not only possible but highly feasible and fairly inexpensive compared to a new motherboard) would make you think you had upgraded the CPU.
