Hi @Jesus3838,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand that you’re unable to find drivers for your HP OMEN 16 Gaming Laptop on Windows 10, and we’ll help clarify this.

Why You Don’t See Windows 10 Drivers

This is expected for many OMEN 16 models:

  • Most newer OMEN 16 laptops are designed for Windows 11 only
  • On the HP driver page, if Windows 10 is not listed, it means:
👉 HP does not officially provide drivers for Windows 10 for that model

How to Download Drivers (Correct Way)

Step 1: Go to HP Drivers Page

Use your exact model here: 👉 Official HP® Laptop Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support

Step 2: Enter Product Details

  • Enter your OMEN 16 model or product number

Step 3: Select OS

  • If Windows 10 is supported, it will show
  • If not listed → drivers are not available for Win10

What You Can Do Now

Option 1: Use Windows 11 (Recommended)

  • This is the fully supported OS
  • All drivers will be available and optimized

Option 2: Use Windows Update (For Windows 10)

If you want to stay on Windows 10:

  1. Go to Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update
  2. Click Check for updates
  3. Install all:
    • Drivers
    • Optional updates

➡️ Windows may install basic compatible drivers automatically

Option 3: Install Key Drivers Manually

You can try:

  • Intel / AMD chipset drivers
  • Graphics drivers (NVIDIA/AMD official site)
  • Wi-Fi & Bluetooth drivers

➡️ These may work even if HP doesn’t list Win10 support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
