HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 11

All; I suspect a dead battery in my HP Omen 17 laptop, model 17-cb1025TX, product ID 1MOY7PA#ABG. (Charging / power light does not appear when charger connected. 19.75V measured at the power supply connector, so supply appears ok).   But - this model and product ID is not recognised by HP parts system. I can see 1024TX, 1027TX, but no 1025TX. The product ID does not work either. How can I identify the correct battery for this model please (without disassembling it) ?

Thanks!  Mal.
