Hi @tourecou,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the laptop and disconnect any peripherals and the power adapter.
  • Press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop again.

Check Power Supply:

  • Ensure the power adapter is functioning properly by trying another adapter if possible.
  • Check if the charging port and connector are free of debris and secure.

Battery Diagnostics:

  • The error code you received during the battery test indicates a problem. Refer to the HP Battery Validation page to understand the specific issue associated with this code.

BIOS and Firmware Updates:

  • If you can get the display to work (using an external monitor or otherwise), ensure the BIOS is updated to the latest version available on the HP Support website.

Test with an External Monitor:

  • Connect your laptop to an external monitor to check if the issue is with the display itself or other components.

I hope this helps.
