I signed in to hp support app (can't recall its exact name). Then installed a reccomended update for BIOS and two other things.. i click yes.. It rebooted ran a few checks then went to lock screen telling me:
"PIN is no longer available due to a change in security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again"
It asked me to put in windows password a few times.. i did but it didnt log in...it said it would send me code to my back email account.. no email recieved.
Now i dont even get this far, stuck on "PIN is no longer.." page.
Can anyone help?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to boot to Windows after the BIOS update.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you log in to Windows using your Microsoft account password (Your email password) and set up the pin again.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
