Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch1000 IDS Base Model

Sent back my Envy laptop for repair and the Texas repair center lost it and has no record receiving it FedEx. My tracking number says the repair center received ii a week ago but no one I call at HP customer service can find it.
