Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Over the passing of 2-3 months battery started to swell and laptop became unstable. Brought this to HP's attention several times and received no reply. in desperation took it to Geek squad and they were not willing to open up the laptop due to safety reasons. Paid a lot of money for my thaptop and very dissapointed at the battery performance and HP's attitude

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
