Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A year ago, I purchased this expensive model of HP laptop in the US, Pennsylvania, and started using it after I return to India.

4 months ago, my laptop stopped powering on and I tried doing a quick fix, but failed miserably.

I then gave the laptop to the HP authorized center in India and they figured out that the motherboard is burnt.

I tried contacting HP several times for the support, and during the process I ran out of warranty, worsening my efforts to get it fixed.

I have come across this problem as the most frequent issue for most of the HP Spectre laptop users. Since 2017, people have been complaining about the same issue with HP Spectre x360. I see that HP support team has not addressed these issues in the past, so I'm  worried about getting it repaired in India.  Currently HP Service centers are not accepting to fix this issue.  It feels like I have done a mistake by trusting the brand like HP, and I feel cheated.

I expect to do the rightful thing in this regard, and help get the Laptop fixed in India.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

I am sorry, but the response doesn't serve the purpose.

You have asked for my details, and then the response I received is follows:

"The PC has ran out of warranty". Like really?

The issue is with the laptop!!!!!! Do you get that?

I would like to know if there is some solution that you could provide.

@SwapnaMysari

We at HP community do not have service options. All the service options are available with the support team.

I hope you understand.

Thanks!
