HP spectre x360 uneven hinge

I bought my HP spectre x360 13 inch model on 17th May 2020. When I unboxed it, I noticed an something, probably not new. The left hinge is slightly uneven as compared to the right one. Although, there isn't any trouble with the functioning of the screen. Is this normal and within the manufacturing tolerances for a machine or I'm giving it a lot of consideration? I'm attaching few images.
