Please uninstall HP Support Assistant in program and features

 

Download and install the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the page on the link below

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html#.WE3G21yPTIU

 

Restart the unit after you complete the installation
