HP support assistant after a battery check: battery aging needed replacement... // i checked battery after prompting at win 7 home - boot - battery problem... message...

 

after removing battery I can see the

S/N [edited]

g4t-1200

LX470AV

in the Notebook place of battery....

Thanks for the response.

 

In the forum's page, Upper right hand corner you will see:

 

Your Name,  your Picture, Then the Bell is for Notification, Then the Envelope is for your Private Messages.

 

Click on the Envelope. 🙂
