I purchased my HP Victus gaming laptop from Notebookbilliger.de in May 2025. However, the HP warranty shows a start date of November 2024 and an end date of 20.12.2025, which does not align with my actual purchase date.

I disputed the warranty start date and uploaded my purchase receipt as requested, but the warranty information was not updated. I was given case number 5152919704, which was opened and closed on the same day without correcting the issue.

I would appreciate assistance in reviewing this case and rectifying the warranty start and end dates accordingly.

As long as you have a statement or email from HP showing the new expiration date you should be OK.

Did you get confirmation of the new expiration date?
