The dongle on my HP Wireless USB Mouse Z3700 came apart when attempting to remove it from the usb port of my HP SVA BrightView Laptop and only the plastic piece that you hold on to and the inner electronic part of the dongle came out out, and now the metal part of the dongle is still stuck in the port with no way of removing it! Please any suggestions on how to remove it from the port. Thanks!
