Hello,

 

I recentlt found out that my laptop is not flat anymore. Then I found out that the battery is swollen. After search the internet I thought it should be in the battery safety recall. But the HP battery recall utility says my batter is not in the recall program. That does not seem to be correct to me. Could anyone help me with this problem?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
