Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi (writing desperately here)

Bought my laptop in 2015.

Got a diagnostics with authorized HP partner service center in my country. In the end I had to replace the following:

HP NP03XL 11.4V, 43WH - battery

CPU cooling fan PN: 768021-001

After that laptop is not recognizing the new battery. Ran several tests:

CeementBatteryCheckResult: 12

DevicesSupported: 0

DeviceCount: 0

When plugged to charger shows 255%

When unplugged says "no data" and shows 100%

- Checked BIOS update (also no need to update)
