Hello, we bought new zbook 15 G5 and we Neee to add new hard drive. 

For unknow reason we cant open case to have access to HW. 

 

In guide we find steps how to open but it not working for G5. There is less screws and when we try to unload case, its not moveable. 

 

We also already damage case by try to open it.

 

is there any step we miss or can Someone help to us? 

Its new laptop so in servis centre non of technics know more.

Can you recheck your model number.

 

Those pictures do not look like they are for the "zbook 15 G5"
