Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i'm trying to upgrade my old Laptop, an HP 6830s i've already have SSD and 8GB of ram, i want to upgrade the CPU (i have the P8400) and the GPU (hd mobility radeon 3430)

For the processor i found an P9600 and i'm quite sure it will fit inside

but i'm trying to understand what to do with the gpu, there is a list like this one CPU UPGRADES
