Hello,


About 2 months ago I sent my Notebook out for repair (under warranty) and they notified me it would take two months as they were waiting for a part. I contacted them and they notified me the battery needed replaced and it was out of stock. They said they fixed the other issues and if I wanted the would ship the Notebook back and ship the battery at a later date for me to install myself (spoke to HP support on the phone.)

It is now months down the road and I haven't heard anything back about the battery replacement and my case number order number cannot be found and my warranty is up. 

Where do I go from here? Any help would be much appreciated.
