I've just had a hard disk failure a couple of days ago. Changed it and installed everything from scratch again on only one disk without partition. After installing, my drive suddenly has several partition that I don't know if it is actually normal because I did not create it. So I was thinking if it would affect my PC. Please clarify thank you.The three other partition other than the main C drive just appears.

Those partitions are what Windows uses for a specific purpose and not for the user to see what is in there (in other words files are hidden)
FYI: deleting or modifying these partitions will probably cause Windows to quit working. For the normal user - there is nothing to worry about. To find what Windows uses those for would require extensive investigation

The Windows install will make the partitions on the hard drive when it is installed. That appears to be normal, so not to worry. Most partitions are not visible to the user unless you go looking for them
Just to be certain, however, what tools did you use to reinstall Windows?
