Hi:

Below is a the failure ID report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
RU5AM0-77VA8U-MFPV6J-609003OKXXXXXXXXXX10/10/20301StorageFloppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape DriveHard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure

This means your notebook's hard drive is about to fail or has failed, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 or newer.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

When you boot from the installation media, select the version of W10 you need to install (Probably W10 Home), and when you get to the screen that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
