Hi there,

 

New laptop would not boot to Windows (black screen).  Able to get to the Hardware Diagnotics screen and ran a check and was given the following error

 

Failure ID: PU54W-A2JA3G-XD7U21-619SO3

 

Any ideas what this relates to and why Windows won't boot as normal?

 

Laptop is 30 days old as of today...
