Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
9LPP13-67JB1H-MFPX1F-60XW03 | OK | 0000000000 | 2/18/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

A new hard drive has been installed and a Windows 7 reboot and repair disk requiring the original product key was used. While I was able to reload Office using a disc, none of the ports are recognized, bluetooth and internet are not available. Advice?

Sounds to me like you need to install device drivers.
Go to the device manager, and post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

You're very welcome.
You will have to use another Windows PC and download the drivers from there.
Save them to a USB flash drive.
One of the USB ports your notebook has is a USB 2.0 port and that one should be working.
That would be the single port on the right side of the notebook.
Plug the flash drive in that port and run the drivers from there.
