 I cann't setup any  windows. How can I fix this problem ?

Normally it requires replacing the faulty hard drive. Did you use F2 System Diagnostics as recommended? What were the results of the test?

Definitely time for a new hard drive. Not best of news but a relatively inexpensive and easy fix.
