Hard drive test failed. I am not sure what hard drive to purchase so I can change it.

(1) The HP Notebook - 15-f387wm (Touch) Product Specifications

Hard Drive
500 GB 5400 rpm SATA

 

(2) Buy a better drive as replacement:

Ebay --->>> SamSung SSD 870 Evo 870 QVO 500GB Solid State Drive Laptop SATA 2.5"

Select Storage Capacity [ 870 Evo 500GB ]

(3) Install <drive>

(4) Reinstall windows operating system

 

Use the official Microsoft method:

After installation is done, download and install HP drivers
