My laptop did not boot and displayed an error that something is wrong with your PC. I did a symptoms test and System check by going into the UEFI check. And it displayed the following:
Hard drive/SSD Short DST check: Failed
FAILURE ID : 9TVB3L-A01CM5-XD7V5F-60RE03
PRODUCT ID : 405F6UA#ABA
The warranty is unfortunately expired. The model is 15-dw3033dx.
I need help on how I can recover my data as I don't have a back up, as far as I am aware. And what can I do to get my laptop working again.
Thank you

@Faiza96, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Thank you for sharing the failure code.
The error indicates a "Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure." I recommend installing the latest BIOS update for your system from the HP Software and Driver page, and then running the test again.
You may refer to this guide: HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
