Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC gives me a hard drive error when I run disk check. Now I know this means I have to replace the drive. One time it told me I had no OS on the drive. I just wanna know what type of hard rive I should buy for my type of laptop.

You can purchase any retail 2.5" Mobile SATA Hard Drive. Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba,etc all make laptop drives. Your Maintenance and Service Guide is here if you need it:

i know theres a difference between SATA and IDE so can i buy any type or just SATA. After this you solved my problem

Your laptop only uses SATA.
