Hello, when I try to turn on my laptop it shows boot os missing and and i tried the bois settings and later checked the harddrive and it gave me this diagnosis, should I replace the drive or is there any other options?

If it were mine I would pull the hard drive and connect it to another computer with an external adapter and run full diagnostics on it. You could also boot the system from a bootable repair disk like a Linux live thumb drive and do the same thing. It might be possible to repair software corruption with a disk scan so the laptop would at least boot again. If it is a hardware issue like bad sectors it is not a good idea to keep using that drive and it needs replaced.
