Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible PC

My laptop froze and the screen changed to the 'HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI' which says that no hard drive is installed when I do the hard drive check. What do I do?

HP Recommended

The hard drive has gone completely electrically dead so needs to be replaced. Can we have the full model number so we can help further?
