Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I want to know if I purchase a laptop and it's hard-drive stops working in a month and if HP as a brand is responsible for this.Why are you okay replacing the hard-drive for me and not giving me a new laptop?
 
Kindly inform your escalation team about this.

Hi,

Is there really a difference? If you buy a car and the pump breaks would you expect a new car? Why would you want them to replace the whole PC?

In any case, once they have fixes the notebook and you have received it back you should replace the hard drive with an SSD which would give a great boost to the performance of the PC.
