model:Pavilion 15 cc134tx. my laptop is under warranty.the hdd drive failed.i use my laptop almost 8 hrs daily for programming,cad,movies,social,etc.i purchased this model,so that it has enough features.They replaced the disk and i also purchased a 240 gb ssd for OS.But everything that came at the time of purchase were not there.HP coolsense,HP jumpstart,powermedia player,etc..everything gone.and he installed a cracked 2013 ms office.actually i had a 2016 home and student version.My laptop now is like normal budget 30k laptop with i7 processor.what should i do? Excpet bang & olfusen audio control nothing is there.thank god,he said that i will recover windows from hp cloud recovery.That too i dont know if he done that right,or copied a cracked one.Everybody has this harddrive was not found problem.why hp isnt resolving this thing?that ms office troubling me with error.such a poor service from hp.I always used HP products ,but i will no longer use HP laptops....Please explain me everything and what should i do....

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
