Hello. I have an old HP Envy that still runs great. I want to upgrade to a SSD, but I don't know the maximum size. I would appreciate any information. Thanks. I currently have 2 RAID HDD.

Hi,
You do not provide the exact model or product number of the machine
HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support
Anyway, if your are replacing an 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD. There is no limit to capacity. So, even a 4TB drive will work.
Hope it helps,
David

OK.
You could try the cloud recovery tool. It might not work for your model.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
You could try this tool to download the OS and then use the product key (Windows 7)
You could download Windows 10 directly from Microsoft and install, During installation click on do not have product key.
Once installed you can use your Windows 7 product key to activate Windows 10.
Hope it helps,
David
