Okay, I've gotten and installed the hard drive. Made a USB boot for the Windows 10 OS and installed windows. Everything works great. But I can't connect to the internet. Apparently, whoever owned this PC before was some sort of gamer. It has some sort of weird network card in it that only operates off of an ethernet cable. No internet wi-fi. The card is a Realtek PCle FE Family Controller Wireless Networking Card. So, I assume, I've got to get different card and install it. My question is what model card do I need?

Not sure what you're talking about. I'll give you some more info. When I go to control panel all I see is an ehtrnet connection and an airplane mode connection. I don't see the wi-fi icon. When I check system I get the realtek PCle FE Family Controller info.
I'm not sure what the M.2 wireless card is

The notebook comes standard with an ethernet adapter and a wifi adapter.
If you don't see a device labeled as a Network Controller in the device manager (which means it needs a driver), then someone physically removed the wifi adapter.
But some wifi adapters use one antenna wire and some use two, and I need to know how many antenna wires are in your notebook to connect a suitable card to.

Okay opened it back up. Looks like there is a card missing. It would sit directly behind the cd rom drive. I see one wire that isn't connected to anything and a place where a card inserts. I assume the lone wire is the antenna thing you're referring to.
